Our main principle in the encouragement of our trainees is sustainability in terms of thoroughness and durability. The development of a person is always individual, but the concept of sustainability applies to everyone.

It begins with the right choice of vocational training – everybody has their own strengths and interests which need to be encouraged. And it does not end with a skill that a person once acquired – the skill must be constantly applied and augmented, in order to retain and perfect it.
